I am driven by a singular focus: the intersection of human-centric governance and the technical architecture of the future. My goal is to design systems that allow for autonomy, resilience, and ethical operation in high-stakes environments.

The Foundation: Public Service & Policy

My background is rooted in institutional analysis and public service. During my tenure in the Civil Service (Ministry of Defence), I navigated high-compliance environments and complex financial debt resolution. Combined with my academic foundation in Politics and historical research, I developed a deep understanding of multi-level stakeholder relationships and the "why" behind how we organise our world.

The Pivot: Autonomous Systems & Data

I am now translating that strategic perspective into a hard technical toolkit. As a BSc Artificial Intelligence & Data Science undergraduate at the University of Lancashire, I am applying mathematical foundations and machine learning principles to solve complex, systemic problems.

I thrive in the space where research, ideation, and technical execution collide. I do not just see raw data; I see the policy implications, the historical context, and the human impact.
